Second day: Performance

Gala reception with 4 key moments between the courses:

concert piano & voice (Damien Roche and Liza Michael)
voice warming of the guests on big hits
Choir performance of the song followed by a surprised arrangement including the hits the guests warmed their voices on. Which when put in context take a new meaning, highlighting and elevating the theme of the seminar.
Opening of the dance floor with a groovy concert piano/keyboard, voice and loops before handing the night over to the DJ who will take the night away.

First day: Lecture and Choir Teambuilding

To spice up plenaries and meetings transitions, musical director / pianist / arranger Damien Roche and Liza Michael gave a lecture on the parallels in switching from a soloist work to a choral work and its business equivalence when an individual integrates a team. This naturally led to a choir team building with learning to sing, harmonising at different vocal registers on a tune that had been chosen by the client, in harmony with the theme of the seminar. (Cap Synergy => The Sea => chosen tune “Santiano”)
